This policy explains how FOKUS Realty handles information collected through our website, inquiries, and client services. Other websites linked from our site have their own privacy policies.

Information you share

We collect details you choose to provide, such as your name, email, phone number, property interests, appointment requests, and messages. When you use a client or applicant portal, we may also collect account details and the documents needed for the service you request, including household, income, financial, and identification information.

Basic browser, device, and usage information may be processed to operate the site, maintain your session, and protect the service. We record browser-session visits, pages viewed, chat opens, browser family, device type, browser language, referring website hostname (not its full URL), and approximate city, region, and country when available. A name may be linked to your session when you sign in or submit an inquiry; anonymous visitors remain anonymous. We notify the site owner about this activity. The tracker uses a random session identifier and does not store raw IP addresses, precise location, messages, or URL query values. It respects your browser’s Do Not Track setting. Staff can separately opt in to device notifications and turn them off in Settings.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to you, provide requested real estate or application support, arrange appointments, manage your file, and maintain our services. We may also communicate with you about your inquiry or service needs.

Automated and AI-assisted tools may help explain information or support communications. Messages sent to these tools may be processed by service providers. Please keep sensitive identification and financial details in the secure application fields and requested document uploads rather than general chat.

When information is shared

We may share information with service providers who help operate our services and with authorized professionals or agencies when needed to handle your requested real estate transaction or application. Information may also be disclosed to comply with legal requirements or protect rights and safety.

Text message privacy

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent records may be processed by providers solely to deliver and operate our messaging service.

Protection and retention

We use safeguards intended to protect your information and limit access to people who need it for the service. No online system can guarantee complete security.
